What should I do if there is a small red bubble on the glans?

The glans is the head of the male penis. The glans is a very important part for men. As a very important part of men, daily cleaning is very necessary. However, most men are lazy and often do not bother to clean their penises. This can easily lead to bacterial infection, and then there will be many small red bumps on the eyes. So what should I do if there is a small red bubble on the glans?

It cannot be ruled out that it is caused by sexual intercourse. This situation is common in women with gynecological vaginitis. Through cross-infection during sexual intercourse, male patients suffer from balanitis. Usually there are yellow, red, or semi-white translucent pearly papules on the glans. They are about 1-3 mm in size. They can be arranged in one or several rows along the coronal groove of the glans. Among adult men, 24% of the population have penile pearly papules, that is, red spots on the glans.

Unhygienic sex, using contaminated daily necessities such as towels and bathtubs used by patients with condyloma acuminatum, or using toilets in public places, etc., are STDs. This is obviously different from the red spots on the glans with neatly arranged coronal grooves. Since many people do not know much about male urinary diseases including STDs, and do not understand the difference between balanitis and condyloma acuminatum, many people panic when they have this symptom, and are easily burdened psychologically.

Considering glansitis, 1. Keep the area clean to prevent secondary infection;

2. For exudate erosion, you can use 3% boric acid water or 0.1% levulinol wet compress;

3. For patients in the non-infectious subacute stage, corticosteroid cream can be used;

4. For chronic stage or dry desquamation, tetracycline cortisone ointment can be used;

5. If the infection causes obvious fever and lymph node enlargement, systemic antibiotics can be used, such as cefuroxime 0.5g orally 3-4 times a day or ofloxacin 0.2g twice a day; 6. For patients with prepuce hyperplasia, circumcision should be performed after the inflammation subsides.
