What causes chest tightness in men?

Many men have chest tightness. When chest tightness occurs, they can't breathe, and the chest feels like being pressed by a stone, which makes men miserable. Many men think that their chest tightness occurs for no reason. They suddenly suffer from chest tightness and have no idea what causes it. Here is an introduction to why men have chest tightness.

There are generally two situations in which men experience chest tightness:

1. Functional chest tightness (i.e. chest tightness without organic lesions): Staying in a room with closed doors and windows and poor air circulation for a long time, or encountering some unpleasant things, or even having an argument or dispute with others, or being in a climate with low air pressure, often causes chest tightness and fatigue.

2. Pathological chest tightness (i.e. chest tightness with organic lesions): Chest tightness can be not only physiological, but also caused by diseases of certain organs in the body, that is, pathological chest tightness. Pathological chest tightness can occur suddenly or slowly. Most of the sudden occurrences are due to acute traumatic or spontaneous pneumothorax, acute asthma, acute attack of acute heart disease with acute foreign body in the trachea, acute pulmonary infarction, etc. Chronic chest tightness is that the symptoms gradually worsen as the course of the disease prolongs. Chest tightness in children mostly indicates congenital heart disease or diastolic tumor; chest tightness in young people mostly indicates spontaneous pneumothorax, diastolic tumor, rheumatic valvular heart disease; chest tightness in the elderly mostly indicates pulmonary emphysema, coronary heart disease, etc.

If it is just functional chest tightness, you naturally need to learn to adjust your mood. In many cases, it is caused by your emotions. If it is pathological chest tightness, you must go to the hospital for examination first and prescribe the right medicine. You may need surgery, or you may only need to take some medicine to get better, but you must follow the doctor's instructions. If you are physically ill, you should not avoid seeing a doctor.

If it is pathological chest tightness, you need to go to the hospital for examination and treatment to achieve early recovery.
