In life, there are many illnesses that come on suddenly, and during treatment, some hormone drugs are needed. However, hormone drugs are very harmful to the body, especially for men. If you take hormone drugs frequently, not only will you gain weight, but it is also likely to cause hormone breasts, that is, the breasts will grow larger, just like there is too much estrogen in the body. So, what should men do if they find that their breasts are enlarged after taking hormones?

Height 163cm, weight 110kg, this proportion is relatively normal. But the breasts are like a woman's, with pointed nipples, which is abnormal. It is probably because you eat snacks and take in too much female hormones. It is recommended that you do not eat snacks, but eat more sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts and other foods that can promote the secretion of male hormones.

There are two situations when nipples are pointed.

One is during puberty. Generally, many men experience this phenomenon during puberty. There is a small lump inside, which gradually disappears.

In the second case, a slightly higher level of estradiol may cause nipples to become prominent, but it has no significant effect.

If you want to have a nice chest, you need to lose fat, gain muscle and properly increase the level of testosterone.

Lose fat———— 1. Keep doing aerobic exercise 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes each time. You can do rope skipping, swimming, mountain climbing, or cycling.

2 Adjust your diet. Eat less grains and more fruits, vegetables and meat.

To increase the level of testosterone, do more complex movements for large muscle groups and less training for small muscles. The best way to increase testosterone is to do squats. It is best to do weighted squats. If you don't go to the gym, you can put weights in your backpack and do them. The training time should not be too long. Generally, it is best to do it within 20 minutes. If the time is too long, the hormone level will drop. Rest for 1 minute between sets. 10-20 minutes per set.

Losing fat can also inhibit the secretion of estrogen because fat can secrete a substance called aromatase, which leads to an increase in estrogen.

Also, don't eat soybeans, royal jelly, celery, and garlic. Eat less chicken, because chicken is all grown with hormones.

Eat more lean meat, fish, shrimp, beef, mutton, leeks, eggs, lamb kidneys, onions, peppers, wolfberries, and animal livers. Regular meat consumption can increase hormone levels by more than 10%.
