What's the matter with the man's lower body pain?

When we usually say "down there" in men, we actually mean the male reproductive organ, that is, the penis. And pain in the male's lower part is actually what we usually call testicular pain, which may be manifested as testicular acidity, testicular numbness, testicular swelling, etc. When men have pain in the lower part, they should pay attention to it. Many times, it is caused by genital infection, so it is necessary to check the cause of the pain and then treat it accordingly.

1. Testicular pain is caused by orchitis, epididymitis, testicular tuberculosis, and testicular tumor. It is recommended to go to the urology department of the hospital for examination and treatment in time. If it is not effectively treated for a long time, it will cause poor sperm quality, less semen, weak sperm, and cause infertility.

2. Inflammation is a common cause of testicular pain. There are many causes of orchitis, such as patients with mumps may suffer from orchitis, testicular pain and swelling; gonorrhea; gonorrhea is the most common sexually transmitted disease, which can cause orchitis in severe cases, testicular pain and swelling; chronic prostatitis can also cause testicular pain, which manifests as unilateral pain, mostly dull pain or pulling pain, which is persistent. Microscopic examination of prostatic fluid can show a large number of white blood cells. Most patients are young and strong, and it is rare in the elderly.

3. Testicular swelling and pain may also be related to varicocele, which is a common disease in young men. It refers to the dilation, tortuosity and elongation of the spermatic cord caused by blood congestion in the spermatic vein. The incidence rate is 10-15% in the male population. This symptom often occurs on the left side, but bilateral disease is not uncommon. Varicose veins may be accompanied by testicular atrophy and spermatogenesis disorders, causing male infertility. Those with mild symptoms and no spermatogenesis disorders do not need treatment. If the symptoms are severe or cause testicular spermatogenesis disorders, surgical treatment is required.
