Before weight loss

Before starting the 10-day weight loss plan, you must first follow some basic principles: avoid drinking fresh juice or canned drinks; climb stairs as much as possible, which not only helps you lose weight but also exercises your body; drink plenty of water, 8 glasses of water a day; eat fruits and vegetables; eat low-fat foods; and eat more fish.

Mid-weight loss

Day 1: Fruit feast

On the first day, you can only eat fruits, including lemons, peaches, apples, pears, etc. Try to eat less fruits with too much sugar, such as watermelons, which are abundant in summer. Blending them into milkshakes or pairing them with soy milk can increase the feeling of fullness.

Day 4 and 5: Whole-wheat bread with brown rice

As you slowly enter the middle stage of weight loss, in addition to eating green vegetables, you can add milk or soy milk in the morning. Whole-wheat bread + brown rice can be eaten as a snack to relieve your cravings.

Day 6 and 7: Diversify your food

After the first 5 days of strict diet, in order to achieve the goal of healthy weight loss, it is time to enrich the nutrients. Low-fat yogurt, eggs, vegetables, etc. can be eaten. Making pasta is not only delicious, but also has the effect of filling the stomach. Remember not to overeat!

Days 8, 9, and 10: Reduce food intake

In the later stage of weight loss, you should start a strong weight loss plan, reduce your food intake and drink more water to promote metabolism, eat less spicy food, and eat more food containing protein and fiber. If you are hungry, you may drink enzyme drinks or green juice to achieve a feeling of fullness.
