How to control premature ejaculation

Regarding the definition of premature ejaculation, if it is more than 50%, it is considered possible. Generally speaking, it is just that you ejaculate too quickly. Don't define yourself blindly, otherwise you will have serious psychological barriers, which will not only affect the relationship between the sexes, but also deepen the development of your unhealthy psychology. In the long run, your work, relationship, and social life will all be hindered. You must learn to adjust yourself appropriately and believe in yourself!

About 1/3 of adult men have premature ejaculation. Of course, premature ejaculation is not a disease. It is just that the latent period of ejaculation is relatively short, or ejaculation occurs before the female orgasm. If the premature ejaculation is severe, it is an ejaculation dysfunction disease. It should be noted that there is no unified standard for judging premature ejaculation. If more than 50% of the sexual intercourse times are premature, it can be considered pathological premature ejaculation. In fact, the phenomenon of premature ejaculation is related to age factors, psychological factors, environmental factors, physical fitness and many other factors.

Steps/Methods:

1 For patients with mild premature ejaculation, the latent period of ejaculation can be prolonged by diverting thoughts, such as using condoms or drinking appropriately or communicating with the woman during sex to prolong the latent period of ejaculation and avoid premature ejaculation.

2 If premature ejaculation is caused by psychological reasons, the couple needs to coordinate with each other to treat it. For example, they should communicate with each other before sex, give appropriate caress, eliminate the fear of sexual intercourse and the psychological state of anxiety. When facing the husband's premature ejaculation, the wife should not laugh at him, nor should she complain or blame him.

3 Of course, premature ejaculation can also be controlled by taking oral medications. For example, taking 5-hydroxytryptamine uptake inhibitors about 3 hours before sexual intercourse can significantly prolong the latent period of ejaculation, but it has side effects and is relatively expensive. Local anesthetics can also be used to prolong the latent period of ejaculation.

Note:

If premature ejaculation is accompanied by erectile dysfunction, penile prosthesis implantation can be considered for treatment. If premature ejaculation is caused by excessive sensitivity and low ejaculation valve value, dorsal penile neurectomy can be considered for treatment.
