Then divide it into 3 movements: First, make fists with both hands, retract them and press them tightly against your left and right ribs, with your elbows extended as far back as possible. Next, separate your fists, palms facing up, and lift them up from your ears, similar to lifting a weight, with your arms straight and your eyes looking up at the back of your hands. Finally, bend your head and waist, stretch your arms forward so that your fingers touch the tips of your toes. Note that your legs should be straight and not bent. Then return to the preparatory posture, sit upright, and place your hands on your knees. Do this once every morning before getting up and before going to bed at night, at least 30 times each time, and gradually increase to 70 times. The movements should be slow, 5 times per minute. Continue to do this for 2 to 3 months.

Develop good living habits, keep a good mood, actively participate in healthy sports activities to eliminate distracting thoughts, control sexual desire, quit frequent masturbation, avoid pornographic books and videos, and prevent excessive fatigue and mental tension. Wash your feet with warm water and rub the soles of your feet before going to bed. When sleeping, develop the habit of lying on your side, don't cover yourself with a quilt that is too thick or too warm, and don't wear too tight underwear.
