Causes of left heel pain in men

Causes of left heel pain in men

The foot is an important part of the human body. It is the main tool for human beings to walk. It is also a very fragile part of the human body. We must protect it well. There are many reasons for men's left heel pain. The first internal reason is heel pain, which is caused by the stimulation of heel spurs or injuries on the feet. There are also many external reasons. There are many reasons for men's left heel pain:

1. Cold weather causes:

Many people experience this pain in the cold winter. Socks are too thin, and walking for a long time in slippers outside will cause cold wind to invade your ankles. It is best to change into slippers with heels when you go home, and wear thicker shoes and socks when you go out.

2. Involvement causes:

If you go mountain climbing or climb a tall building one day, you may not feel anything at the time, but after a night's sleep, the knee and ankle pain will reappear. Rest well, relax your legs and feet completely, and the pain will gradually ease.

3. The heels of the shoes are too low or the shoes are narrow:

Don't hurt your feet for the sake of good-looking shoes. If you feel that the heels are too tight and you can't fully stretch your feet, change to suitable ones immediately. Stretch your ankle for a few days and the pain will gradually disappear.

4. Wounds:

If there is a wound on the posterior ankle, constant friction will cause a painful reaction. Try not to touch foreign objects and walk less. When the injury is almost healed, you can walk more casually. If the pain makes it difficult to get out of bed, consider whether the ligament is damaged. Take an X-ray. If this is the case, rest for a few days and apply pain-relieving ointment on time to get the effect of the medicine and relieve the pain.

5. There is fluid accumulation inside:

If you notice that your ankle is swollen, it is probably an old injury that has not healed and fluid has accumulated. Rub it slowly by yourself. Don't use your foot strength. Push with the force. Wear foot protectors for a certain period of time to reduce the pressure.

Foot pain usually requires rest, less walking and strenuous exercise, and more hot water soaking. You can apply Voltaren ointment and massage. If necessary, you can use closure, physical therapy, small needle knife, etc. You can also use acupuncture, electrotherapy, massage, etc. for treatment.
