What should I do if my turtle's scalp is broken and bleeding?

The glans is the male reproductive organ. Because its shape is similar to the head of a turtle, it is called the glans. In fact, it is officially called the penis. In life, men must learn to protect their reproductive organs, because it not only affects their own sexual happiness, but also affects the sexual happiness of their wives. Some male friends found that their glans skin was broken and bleeding. Why is this?

1. Balanitis:

Balanoposthitis causing glans bleeding is a common disease. The glans will feel burning and itching, and erosion, exudation and even bleeding can be seen when the foreskin is turned back.

2. Foreskin is too long:

Inflammation caused by excessive foreskin can cause bleeding from the glans penis.

3. The frenulum is too short and too tight:

It is caused by a short frenulum, which can only be corrected by surgery. A short frenulum often causes pain during erection or sexual intercourse, and causes repeated tearing and bleeding.

4. Condyloma acuminatum:

Condyloma acuminatum is a light red or dirty red millet-shaped growth that is papular, nipple-shaped, cauliflower-shaped, or cockscomb-shaped. It is tender, slightly pointed, painless, and gradually grows or increases in number. The growth has a slightly wide base or bands, and has granules on the surface. The surface is moist or bleeding. There is often pus between the granules, which emits a rancid odor. If it is ruptured by friction during sexual intercourse, it may cause suppuration.

The penis can be divided into the glans penis, the body penis, and the root penis from front to back. For men with long foreskin, the foreskin must be pulled down to see the glans penis. If the foreskin of an adult cannot be pulled down to reveal the glans penis, this is commonly known as phimosis, and a circumcision surgery is required in a regular hospital. The area near the glans penis's coronal sulcus is a place where dirt and filth are hidden. After urination, the remaining urine will accumulate between the glans penis and the foreskin, allowing the substances in the urine to precipitate, bacteria and fungi to multiply, and a large amount of urine scale will be produced, which is concentrated in the coronal sulcus. Generally speaking, the urine scale should be cleaned once every one or two days to avoid inflammation. The glans penis and foreskin must be cleaned before sexual intercourse.
