Testicular discomfort after ejaculation

Testicular discomfort after ejaculation

Many male friends have found that after ejaculation, the testicles will have some discomfort. If you have recently ejaculated frequently, the discomfort symptoms will be relieved by properly adjusting the ejaculation frequency. However, if you have a good living habit recently and still feel some discomfort after ejaculation, it is recommended that you go to the hospital for relevant examinations to determine whether it is caused by some disease.

Suggestions: You can do more sports or other leisure activities to distract yourself and avoid long-term frequent masturbation. If you quit in time, you can usually recover without any problems.

Ejaculation, a basic biological term, is the reflex action of male animals to eject semen during sexual behavior. For humans, ejaculation is a series of coordinated actions of various parts of the reproductive system, and semen is ejected from the penis.

It consists of a two-step spinal reflex, the primary of which is centered in the lumbosacral spinal cord, with sensory impulses transmitted by touch receptors in the glans penis. The neurophysiology of ejaculation is only partially understood. Studies have shown that dopaminergic systems promote ejaculation while serotonergic systems inhibit ejaculation.

The primary neural mechanism of ejaculation is somatic innervation, but it also involves nerves and fibers from the autonomic nervous system in the vagina. The autonomic branches of the parasympathetic nervous system primarily control erectile function, while the sympathetic and somatic branches primarily control emission and ejaculation.

Ejaculation pain: refers to the paroxysmal pain in the penis, urethra, perineum or lower abdomen that occurs during ejaculation.

Ejaculation is the climax of sexual intercourse for men, and the process is completed by the rhythmic contraction of the accessory sex organs, perineal muscles and the penis. Under normal circumstances, the action of ejaculation is accompanied by a pleasant feeling and does not cause pain. Sexual medicine research shows that ejaculation pain is mostly caused by organic lesions of the reproductive organs.

1.

Urinary tract and sexual organ infections Male lower urinary tract infections are the most common causes of painful ejaculation, including urethritis, cystitis, prostatitis, etc. These infections can cause local tissue congestion and swelling, and the pain threshold is lowered. A series of rhythmic contractions during ejaculation is a mechanical stimulation to the inflammatory lesions, often accompanied by severe pain with the ejaculation movement. In addition, seminal vesiculitis and epididymitis can also cause ejaculation pain. This is because in addition to the pain caused by their own lesions, the discharge of secretions and sperm into the vas deferens will aggravate the pain. Some patients will experience painful spermatorrhea.

2.

Malignant tumors Malignant tumors of male urogenital organs often cause pain during ejaculation. For example, when tumors occur in the testicles or epididymis, the pressure generated by sexual activity and the rotation and elevation of the testicles can cause pain, but the pain is relatively mild, mostly presenting as dull pain or soreness. Although the chances of tumors occurring in the prostate, seminal vesicles, and vas deferens are low, the progression of the disease is often insidious, and this type of pain should be a "warning signal" that should be taken seriously.

Urinary tract stones Urinary tract stones are a common disease in men. Bladder stones and ureteral stones in the lower urinary tract can cause ejaculation pain. This is because stones are hard foreign bodies. During ejaculation, the contraction and peristalsis of local soft tissues squeeze the stones and cause pain. Severe urinary tract stones can cause secondary infection, making the pain worse.

3. Male diseases such as urogenital tuberculosis, urethral polyps, and penile induration can also cause ejaculation pain; excessive movements during sexual intercourse and excessive sexual activity can cause excessive work of the gonads and cause pain.
