What are the traditional methods for treating prostate?

Prostatitis is a disease unique to men and is also a relatively common disease in daily life. In many cases, middle-aged and elderly men are more susceptible to this disease because prostatitis is easy to occur and easy to relapse after treatment. It has a certain impact on men's physical health. While affecting their lives, it can also cause some men to have psychological problems. The following is an introduction to some folk remedies for treating prostatitis.

1. Bitter Melon Soup with Lantern Flower

Each time, you can use 6 bunches of Rush Bloom and 200 grams of fresh bitter melon. When making it, first wash the bitter melon, remove the pulp and melon core, cut it into small pieces, and boil it with the Rush Bloom to drink.

2. Winter melon, kelp and barley soup

Use 250g of fresh winter melon (with skin), 50g of raw coix seeds, and 100g of kelp each time. When making it, first wash the winter melon and cut it into coarse pieces, wash the raw coix seeds, and wash the kelp and cut it into thin slices. Put the above three ingredients into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water and boil it into soup for consumption.

3. Plantain Syrup

Each time, you can use 100g plantain (400g fresh), 10g bamboo heart (30g fresh), 10g raw licorice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. When making, first put the plantain, bamboo heart, and raw licorice into a sand pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil the water over medium heat for about 40 minutes, add brown sugar, and cook for a while, and drink it instead of tea every day.

4. Dandelion and honeysuckle porridge

60g dandelion, 30g honeysuckle, 100g rice, appropriate amount of sugar. When making, first put dandelion and honeysuckle into a sand pot, add appropriate amount of water to boil the juice, then remove the residue and take the juice, then add rice to cook into porridge. After the porridge is ready, add appropriate amount of sugar. Eat twice a day.

5. Chinese yam porridge

30g of Smilax glabra (100g of fresh), 100g of rice. When making, first wash the Smilax glabra, peel it, cut it into slices (if it has been dried and cut into slices, this step can be skipped), put it in a clay pot, boil it over medium heat for about 30 to 40 minutes, and take the juice. Add rice to the decoction of Smilax glabra and cook it over medium heat. Eat 1 to 2 times a day.
