(1) Stand with your feet parallel and shoulder-width apart. Look at the tip of your nose. Let your arms hang naturally. The fourth method of treating kidney deficiency is anal contraction:

Lie flat or stand upright, relax your whole body, and breathe naturally. When you exhale, contract your anus as when you defecate, and relax when you inhale. Repeat this exercise about 30 times. You can do it in the morning or evening. This exercise can improve blood circulation around the pelvic cavity, promote the recovery of sexual organs, and has a good effect on preventing and treating impotence and premature ejaculation caused by insufficient kidney qi, and low female libido.

Kidney deficiency treatment method 5: Tai Chi:

Tai Chi is a slow exercise centered on the waist, suitable for middle-aged and elderly people with weak constitutions. The kidneys are located in the waist. Regular waist movements can help the blood and qi in the waist circulate smoothly, and the kidney qi can be continuously replenished. Most patients with kidney deficiency have weak waists, and practicing Tai Chi can improve this condition, thus playing the role of "tonifying the kidneys".
