If the kidney yang is deficient, the patient will have pale complexion, dry hands and feet, pale tongue, and deep and thin pulse; if the kidney yin is deficient, the patient will have irritability and insomnia, dry mouth and throat, flushed complexion, hot hands and feet, red tongue, and thin and rapid pulse. What to do if kidney yin deficiency: 1. Eat in moderation. As you age, you should pay attention to the combination of meat and vegetables in your diet. Don't be picky eaters or overeat. This is to ensure that you get enough nutrients and energy. At the same time, your gastrointestinal function is good and your digestion and absorption are adequate. People with kidney yin deficiency can cook porridge with mulberry and wolfberry and take it regularly. 2. Live a regular life. Develop a habit of keeping a regular schedule to keep your body's biological clock in the best condition. Try not to stay up late and don't overdo it.
