Genital discharge and stinging during urination are often caused by this disease!

When our body shows abnormal symptoms, the best way to deal with it is to go to the local hospital for examination and treatment. We should neither ignore it nor take medicine at random. Take men's genitals for example. If there are symptoms of pus discharge and stinging when urinating, we should rush to the hospital for diagnosis. What diseases will have such symptoms?

1. The reason for men's urinary pain and purulent discharge may be gonorrhea

When men are infected with gonorrhea, they will experience symptoms of acute urethritis such as frequent urination, urgency, and pain during urination. They may even have yellow-white pus overflowing from the urethra. Painful penis erections may occur at night, and it may cause penile dermatitis, swollen and painful inguinal lymph nodes, etc. Some patients may also experience systemic symptoms such as fever, general weakness, and loss of appetite.

2. The reason why men have stinging and purulent urination may be non-gonococcal disease

Men who have stinging and purulent urination should consider non-gonococcal urethritis. The purulent discharge at the urethral opening may be infected with gonorrhea. The main symptoms are: After being infected with gonococcal urethritis, there is generally a latent period of 2-5 days. In the early stage of the disease, the urethral opening is red, swollen, itchy, and slightly stinging. Then purulent discharge appears at the urethral opening, and it gradually worsens. If effective treatment is not taken at this time, it may turn into chronic non-gonococcal urethritis. Some patients may develop prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, epididymitis, etc.

3. The reason why men have stinging and purulent urination may be balanitis

Urethral discharge may be caused by male candidal glansitis. The incidence of male candidal glansitis is increasing day by day, and the main reason is related to sexual contact. Any woman who has contact with candidal vaginitis can be easily infected. Secondly, contact with indirect objects, such as other people's underwear, bath towels, bathtubs, etc., plus if the foreskin is too long, Candida multiplies and proliferates in the inner plate of the foreskin, the coronal sulcus and the glans. Among men who have had sexual contact with women with candidal vaginitis, 69.4% of them have genital infection, and the detection rate of Candida on the penis of the husbands of women with candidal vaginitis is 4 times that of the husbands of women without vaginitis.
