3: Side stitch is also known as acute chest and rib pain. Modern medical research has shown that side stitch is actually caused by spasmodic contraction of some muscles that help with breathing. Long-term absence from sports activities or cold weather, as well as excessive sweating that causes low sodium chloride levels in the body, can all cause side stitch. 1: Lift the affected limb and stretch it to the opposite side. While stretching, take a deep breath and hold it for a few seconds.

2: When the person who has a stitch in the side is not prepared, use your palm to tap the middle of his back. Note that the tapping position should not be too low, but above the waist, and the force should be moderate. While clapping, you should shout loudly, the purpose is to make him disperse the gas in his chest through fear.

3: Place your forearm under the armpit of the person who has a stitch in the side and pull it up with force. Use your other hand to grab his wrist and stretch it downward. Repeat this operation 3 to 6 times.

4: Massage therapy has a good effect on treating cramps, and often uses pressing, kneading, rolling, tapping, and rubbing on the chest. The patient is asked to lie on his back or side, and the operator stands on the right side of the patient, using kneading, one-finger meditation, or rolling to apply the method to the bladder meridian on the back.
