2: Preparation method: 1. Soak the white-backed fungus in hot water until it fully swells, then wash and tear it into small pieces. Wash the bell pepper and cut it into pieces. Slice the cucumber and carrot. Cut the squid into pieces first and then cut it into flower-shaped pieces for later use.
