Spermia refers to the phenomenon that semen leaks out of a man without sexual intercourse. Spermia is a normal physiological phenomenon, and most men in their teenage years have experienced it. However, some men ejaculate too frequently, which may be a problem. How can male friends prevent this from happening?

1: Exercise methods to prevent spermatogenesis

1: Anal levator exercise: Sit on the bed and contract your anus before going to bed every night. The movement is like holding back a bowel movement. Repeat 20 to 30 times. Take a deep breath when contracting and exhale when relaxing. The movement should be gentle, slow and rhythmic.

2: Massage therapy: Place your palms together, rub them until they are warm, and then push and rub them up and down from the waist to the sacrum and coccyx 100 times; use your fingers to press the Shenmen point on the forearm and the Taixi and Zusanli points on the foot for 1 minute each.

3: Lie on your back and tighten your abdomen. Lie on your back with your arms straight behind your head. Then quickly raise your upper body and legs at the same time, so that your hands and toes touch each other above your abdomen. Inhale when you raise your hands and exhale when you return to the original position. You can do this once in the morning and once in the evening. You can do it 24 to 32 times each time. As your abdominal muscles become stronger, you can gradually increase the number of repetitions.

4: Cold water bath To treat the symptoms of spermatorrhea, you can take a cold water bath once a day, or rinse the scrotum with cold water for 2 to 3 minutes before going to bed every night. This can reduce the excitement of the sexual nerves.

5: Half-squat stand, chest up and waist down, knees bent, head straight, eyes looking forward, arms raised horizontally in front of you (think of holding a heavy object with both hands, stretching forward as far as possible), knees kept in the same position, try to squeeze inward, keep legs, lower abdomen and buttocks highly tense, continue for half a minute and then return to the original position. Do it once in the morning and evening every day, as many times as you like.

2. How to prevent spermatorrhea

1: You need to understand sexual physiology and hygiene knowledge, correct incorrect concepts about spermatorrhea, eliminate unnecessary mental burdens, and arm yourself with scientific knowledge.

2: Moderate sex life and quit masturbation. Avoid smoking, drinking, tea, pepper, garlic, ginger, leeks and other irritating foods, as well as hot foods such as mutton and dog meat. Do not blindly take drugs with strong aphrodisiac properties.

3: Wash the vulva with warm water before going to bed. Do not use hot water. This can minimize semen emission.

4: When sleeping, lie on your side with your knees bent, not on your back. The quilt should not be too thick or too warm, and clothes should not be placed on top of the quilt to increase the pressure. Underwear should not be too tight.

5: If you have foreskin that is too long, you should have circumcision. If you have glansitis, hematospermia, or prostatitis, you should get timely treatment to prevent spermatorrhea.

6: After frequent spermatorrhea occurs, you should undergo relevant examinations under the guidance of a doctor to find out the cause and receive timely treatment.
