Take a step forward with your left leg, bend your knee, and press down until the back of your thigh is fully straightened. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch legs.

3. Endurance training principle: enhance the strength of whole body muscles and prolong the duration of sex.

Lie on your back and raise your hips. Men who like women on top must practice this more. Lie on your back, bend your legs, put your feet on the ground, raise your hips as high as possible, tighten your abdominal and hip muscles, and keep your upper body straight.
