What are the symptoms of male sterile prostatitis?

We know that prostatitis is one of the common diseases in men. It is a relatively common disease among male diseases. In medicine, the disease with symptoms similar to chronic prostatitis and no bacteria despite high white blood cell count is called aseptic prostatitis. So what are the symptoms of this disease?

1. The symptoms of aseptic prostatitis are similar to those of bacterial prostatitis. In addition to prostate pain, bloating and discomfort in the perineum, scrotum, groin area and lower back, most patients seek medical treatment for frequent urination, stinging, itching, ant sensation, burning pain, and urgency to urinate accompanied by bloating or pain in the perineum, bilateral testicles and groin area.

2. Long-term disease is often accompanied by sexual dysfunction (improvement of premature ejaculation or impotence)

3. Due to mental tension and fear, some neurological symptoms such as dizziness, memory loss, lack of concentration, lack of energy, fatigue, fear of cold, sweating, insomnia, etc. may often occur.

4. Some patients may have a small amount of milky white viscous liquid discharged from the urethra at the beginning or end of urination or during defecation, which means that prostatic hyperemia is more obvious. Some patients also have varying degrees of frequent urination, urgency and urethral burning, which they mistakenly believe is "spermia" or "gonorrhea" caused by physical weakness.

5. Dull pain in the back and waist, with varying degrees of pressure in the back, regardless of body position, aggravated by sexual impulse, and relieved by prostate massage. Pain in the perineum, external genitalia, and anus, sometimes extending to the groin and suprapubic area, scrotum root, lower back sacral area, and medial thigh area, with a feeling of bloating or soreness, especially aggravated by sexual excitement without ejaculation.

With the above symptoms, rectal examination reveals that the prostate is slightly enlarged, full, and soft. After massage, prostate fluid is even discharged. The fluid is thin and large in quantity. Multiple routine urine and prostate fluid tests and cultures show no bacteria or other pathogenic microorganisms. However, if there are more white blood cells in the prostate, this disease can be diagnosed.
