Walnut Sesame Porridge

The most common and practical way to take it is to take 200g of walnut kernels, 100g of sesame and glutinous rice. Grind the walnut kernels and sesame into powder and set aside. Add water to the glutinous rice and cook it until 70% cooked, then add 30g of walnut kernels and sesame and cook until done. Take it 1 to 2 times a day.
