What are the symptoms of eczema acuminatum in men?

The summer is too hot and men's underwear is too tight, which may cause itching in the private parts. This may be a symptom caused by eczema acuminatum. So what are the common symptoms of eczema acuminatum in men?

Symptoms of eczema acuminata

1. Generally, the site of condyloma acuminatum is moist, local secretions will increase, and the chance of bacterial infection will also increase. If bacterial infection occurs, local redness, swelling, pain, erosion, ulceration, necrosis, exudate or obvious purulent fluid may occur.

2. In men, ejaculation may contain blood. In addition, condyloma acuminatum occurs in the urethra, and symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, pain, and changes in urine flow curve may also occur. If the lesions in the urethra seriously affect the bladder, bilateral ureteral obstruction may occur, resulting in hydronephrosis, renal infection, and renal insufficiency. If the damage affects the pelvic cavity, intestinal obstruction and lower limb edema may occur.

3. During the development of condyloma acuminatum, most patients do not feel any discomfort, such as itching, pain and other subjective symptoms. A very small number of patients may have mild itching and tingling locally.

4. Patients with damage in the mouth and throat may have difficulty eating, swallowing, and hoarseness. In severe cases, the trachea may be blocked by the damage caused by genital warts, leading to suffocation and death, especially in infants and young children with genital warts.

5. When the damage occurs in the anorectal area, there may be a feeling of anal distension, blood in the stool, difficulty in defecation, or pain during defecation.

6. The damage of condyloma acuminatum occurs in the urethra. The patient may experience urethral discomfort, overflow urine, macroscopic hematuria, secretions discharged from the urethra, a feeling of urethral obstruction, and difficulty urinating. These symptoms are more obvious in men than in women.

Suggestion: When the above symptoms occur, go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible. Do not take medicine on your own. Follow the doctor's instructions and take daily preventive measures. I wish you a speedy recovery.
