How can men effectively prevent keratosis pilaris?

As we all know, men have very low requirements for personal hygiene. They will deal with whatever they can in life. This can be said to be a common problem among men. There are many diseases caused by not paying attention to personal hygiene, and keratosis pilaris is one of them. So, how can men prevent such diseases?

1. Diet

Avoid cola drinks, cereals, processed foods, sugar, etc. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, baked fish and baked chicken (without skin). Do not eat fried or greasy food.

2. Foot hygiene

Cut raw garlic into small pieces and put them in your shoes for a few days. The garlic will be absorbed by the skin. Wear cotton socks that absorb sweat. Let your shoes breathe and change your socks every day.

3. Foot care

Limb Qi will appear skin cracking, pus and intermittent burning sensation and other symptoms, do not cover anything on the foot at this time, and let the foot fully rest. Although this inflammation itself is not dangerous, but if you take it lightly, it may worsen and lead to bacterial infection.

4. Soak in saline solution

Make a saline solution with 2 teaspoons of salt per 47 ml of warm water, and soak your feet in this mixture for 5-10 minutes at a time, repeatedly until the condition improves. The saline solution helps provide an environment that is not suitable for mold growth and reduces excessive sweating.

5. Apply medicine on the affected area

After soaking in saline water, apply the purchased ointment gently to the infected area 2-3 times a day, and rub the ointment gently.
