Under high temperatures, the human body's metabolism speeds up, and hyperthyroidism is a high metabolic disease. High temperature environment is also one of the causes of hyperthyroidism. Therefore, pay attention to heatstroke prevention, sun protection, and ventilation. Try not to go out in the scorching sun, and avoid hot and stuffy places. 2. Reduce stress and ensure adequate sleep.

3. Healthy diet

5. Adhere to regular treatment

It mainly involves long-term medication and regular check-ups. Generally speaking, patients with hyperthyroidism should go to the hospital for a check-up of thyroid function, thyroid size, heart rate, and other changes every 1 to 3 months.
