Vascular neuropathy is a very common disease. Once it occurs, the patient will feel very painful. We must know some prevention methods and symptoms of vasculogenic headache. What are the symptoms of vasculogenic headache? 1. The main symptoms of neurological headache are persistent dull pain, pressure, and heaviness in the head. Some patients complain of a "tightening" feeling in the head. Most patients have headaches on both sides, mostly on the sides of the temples, the back of the head, the top of the head, or the entire head. 2. The nature of the headache is blunt pain, bloating, pressure, numbness and a tight feeling like a band. 3. The intensity of headache is mild to moderate, and it is rare for patients to be bedridden or have their daily life affected by headache. 4. Some patients may have persistent headaches for many years, and some patients' symptoms can even be traced back 10-20 years. Patients may have headaches all day long, and the time with headaches is longer than the time without headaches. 5. Headaches are often aggravated by factors such as excitement, anger, insomnia, anxiety or depression. Some patients not only have the characteristics of tension headaches, but also have clinical manifestations of vascular headaches, complaining of bilateral temporal pulsating headaches. A headache that has both tension headache and vascular headache clinical manifestations is called a mixed headache. 6. Patients often have symptoms such as dizziness, irritability, anxiety, palpitations, shortness of breath, fear, tinnitus, insomnia, back pain, and neck stiffness. Some patients have obvious tenderness on both sides of the occipital neck or temporal sides. There are probably several factors that cause neurological headaches: 1. Social environment: High-speed, fast-paced work, monotonous lifestyle, or tense interpersonal relationships can cause people to suffer from long-term mental depression, tension, and anxiety, thus inducing neurotic headaches. 2. Lifestyle: People who live a relatively regular life and get up on time have a low incidence of headaches, while those who have long-term poor sleep have a high incidence; people who work too hard, overuse their brains and do not get timely rest are prone to headaches. In addition, people who live an irregular life with bad habits (smoking, drinking) are more likely to induce neurotic headaches. 3. Work and occupation: People who engage in mental work, have irregular lifestyles, are highly stressed, or work for a long time in an environment with high noise, strong light or too dark light have a relatively high incidence of neurological headaches. 4. Disease factors: Cerebral arteriovenous aneurysm, brain tumor, acute hypertension, chronic hematoma and other diseases can cause neurotic headaches. |
