Method 1

1. Wash the spinach, cut into sections, blanch and drain; peel and wash the ginger.

2. Wash the pork liver, slice it, add soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes, blanch it in boiling water, remove it and drain it.

3. Pour 6 cups of soup into a pot and bring to a boil. Add ginger slices and pork liver and cook until done. Then add spinach and season with salt and chicken essence.

Tips: Pork liver will become tough if cooked for too long, so slice it as thinly as possible and blanch it quickly. Blanching spinach before eating can remove 80% of the oxalic acid in the spinach and remove the astringent taste.

1. Wash the spinach thoroughly;

2. Boil the washed spinach in boiling water for a while to remove the astringent taste (i.e. remove the oxalic acid contained in it), and cut into sections;

3. Wash the fresh pork liver and cut it into thin slices;

4. Mix the pork liver slices with salt, MSG and water starch;

5. Wash the green onions and ginger, cut the green onions into sections, and smash the ginger;

6. Bring the soup (meat soup or chicken soup is also OK) to a boil;

7. Add the washed and smashed ginger, green onion, cooked pork fat, etc. to the boiling soup and cook together;

8. After cooking for a few minutes, add the mixed pork liver slices and spinach and cook until the pork liver slices and spinach are cooked.
