The patient can also use hands with back grips to tap the waist lightly. Walk backwards for 100 to 200 steps each time, 2 to 3 times a day. Acupressure to treat low back pain Use your thumb or index finger to press the following five acupoints in sequence: the midpoint of the line connecting the ischial tuberosity and the greater trochanter of the femur, the center of the back of the thigh, the outer part of the center of the fossa, the center of the calf, and the back of the inner ankle. Press each point for 1 minute. It is best if you feel soreness, swelling, or numbness. Do this 3 times a day to relieve lower back pain. Method of using ginger and cooked aconite and mutton to treat cold pain in the waist and knees: Add 30 grams of cooked aconite and appropriate amount of water and boil for 2 hours. Then add 1000 grams of mutton cut into small pieces and 30 grams of mashed ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer until the mutton becomes a paste. Take it in several times to treat weak kidney yang and cold pain in the waist and knees. 3. Pulling and pulling to treat back pain The patient lies prone on the bed, grabs the head of the bed with both hands, and another person grabs the patient's ankles and pulls them backwards. Repeat this 10 times for several days to relieve low back pain. The method of pushing the calf to treat low back pain requires the patient to sit on a chair and use the base of the palm to push the calf from top to bottom, applying a little pressure. Frequent pushing and pressing can relieve low back pain. 4. Leg shaking to treat back pain Stand up, hold weight with the healthy leg, relax the affected leg, place your palms on the back of the thigh, and shake the muscles left and right for 1 to 2 minutes, several times a day, which can relieve low back pain. 5. Crawling to treat back pain The patient can crawl forward, backward, and in circles in a straight line on the ground or in bed, once in the morning and once in the evening, for several days in a row. The low back pain can be relieved. It is effective for lumbar muscle strain, sciatica, arthritis, and varicose veins of the lower limbs. Melon seeds and white wine to treat low back pain: Take 100 grams of melon seeds, soak them in white wine for half a month, take them out, dry them and grind them into fine powder, take 5 grams each time, twice a day, with rice wine, it can treat low back pain. |
