What are the clinical manifestations of chronic nephritic syndrome?

As more and more men pay more attention to their common diseases, chronic nephritis syndrome has become a common symptom that endangers men's health. So, what are the clinical manifestations of this disease?

1. High blood pressure:

It is not an important symptom of chronic nephrotic syndrome, but there is water and sodium retention, increased blood volume, and temporary high blood pressure.

2. Proteinuria

Heavy proteinuria is the main symptom for the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease syndrome.

3. Hypoproteinemia:

Mainly, the plasma protein level of patients with chronic renal syndrome decreases, and the degree of decrease is significantly related to the degree of proteinuria.

4. Hyperlipidemia:

The triglyceride levels in the blood of patients with chronic renal syndrome are significantly increased.

5. Swelling all over the body:

Almost all patients with CNS experience varying degrees of edema, which is most obvious on the face, lower limbs, and scrotum. The edema may last for weeks or months, or come and go throughout the course of the disease.

The main symptoms are the presence of a large amount of foam in the urine, blood in the urine, or increased nocturia, that is, the presence of urine protein and red blood cells in the urine during routine urine examination, which may be a warning signal for the early onset of chronic kidney disease syndrome. The symptoms of early chronic kidney disease are not obvious. For example, general chronic kidney disease syndrome patients do not have particularly obvious symptoms of discomfort. Therefore, when there are abnormal urine, it is recommended to seek medical examination and diagnosis. Once the patient feels that he has obvious fatigue, anemia and other very obvious symptoms before going to the doctor, the chronic kidney disease syndrome may have passed the early stage, which will bring greater difficulty to the later treatment of chronic kidney disease syndrome.
