Common symptoms of cystitis

How to prevent cystitis?

1. Timely cure urinary tract infection, prostatitis, cervicitis, kidney stones, urinary tract stones and other diseases, prevent and treat retrograde infection through the urinary tract and induce cystitis;

2. Drink plenty of water, no less than 2000 ml per day, to enhance bladder activity and reduce the chance of inflammation;

3. Do not hold your urine, urinate in time and try to empty your urine;

4. Pay attention to genital hygiene, especially clean before and after sexual intercourse;

5. Taking vitamin C in moderation or eating more fruits rich in vitamin C can reduce or even interfere with bacterial growth;

6. Hot compress can help blood circulation and relieve urinary discomfort caused by cystitis;

7. Live a regular life, don’t stay up late, take enough rest and avoid excessive fatigue;

8. Pay attention to nutritional balance and eat less spicy food and alcohol;
