Sweating every day is not a good thing. What is the reason for sweating in the morning?

Sweating is a way for the body to dissipate heat, especially when we exercise or in hot weather. However, some people sweat more only in the morning, and the amount of sweat is very high. What causes this?

One is excessive sweating on the head.

Sweating limited to the head is often seen in heat syndrome and excess syndrome. If sweating on the head is accompanied by irritability, thirst, yellow and red urine, dry stool, and yellow tongue coating, it is mostly due to internal accumulation of excess heat. If it occurs after a serious illness or in the elderly with shortness of breath and forehead sweating, it is mostly due to deficiency syndrome. It is often caused by extreme grief, which leads to a great decline in heart qi and inability to absorb fluids.

The second is excessive sweating in the palms and soles.

If the palms and soles are sweaty, accompanied by heat in the palms and soles, dry mouth and throat, etc., it is mostly due to yin deficiency with heat; if the palms and soles are sweaty, accompanied by abdominal distension and pain, and constipation, it is mostly a heat syndrome with dry stool in the intestines; if the palms and soles are sweaty, accompanied by dry mouth, swollen and painful gums, etc., it is mostly due to excessive heat in the stomach.

The third is excessive sweating on the chest.

This type of people often suffer from mental fatigue, loss of appetite, poor sleep, and frequent dreams, which are caused by excessive thinking and weak heart and spleen.

Four is sweating under the armpits.

The common symptom is that sweat only comes out from the armpits, which is a sign of leakage of heart fluid. Due to insufficient heart yang, sweat is not fixed and leaks out along the heart meridian.

Five is sweating on half of the body.

Frequent sweating on one side of the body, either on the left or right side, or on the upper or lower side, is often a sign of stroke and hemiplegia, due to cold and dampness blocking the meridians, or disharmony between the Ying and Wei, or disharmony between Qi and blood. If sweating on one side of the body is accompanied by shortness of breath, laziness, fatigue, sallow complexion, dizziness, numbness of hands and feet, etc., it is caused by deficiency of Qi and blood; if sweating on one side of the body is accompanied by stiffness of tendons and veins, difficulty in flexion and extension of hands and feet, heaviness of limbs, and even difficulty in turning side, it is cold and dampness blocking the meridians.
