Don’t run too early in the morning

If you just get up in the morning, before daybreak, and do not eat or drink water, then running will definitely do harm to your body. The reasons are roughly as follows:

1. Relatively low physiological function:

Data show that muscle speed, strength and endurance are at their worst between 3 am and 5 am. The best time to exercise is when the sports physiological function is the best. 3. Blood is thick and prone to thrombosis:

No water is absorbed during the long night, but water is continuously lost through the skin, mucous membranes, and urine, making the blood viscous in the morning, the flow rate slows down, and the chance of thrombosis increases. On the other hand, during exercise, the muscles need more blood and oxygen, and the viscous blood is not conducive to the blood supply to the muscles.

4. Heavy heart load, unstable regulatory function, and increased risk of sudden death:

Sports medicine experts have found that morning exercise increases heart rate and blood pressure faster than in the afternoon, which puts more stress on the heart and can easily lead to myocardial ischemia, increasing the risk of sudden death during exercise. Researchers at Harvard Medical School in the United States have found that 6 to 9 a.m. is the peak time for heart attacks, so heart disease patients should avoid exercising during this period.
