1. Sudden pain in the groin

Seeking medical attention within 4 to 6 hours of the onset of symptoms can effectively restore testicular function; but if it is delayed for 12 to 24 hours, irreversible damage to the testicles will occur. This symptom may also be caused by epididymal infection caused by improper underwear wearing, which should be diagnosed by ultrasound examination.

2. Painful urination

Not only does it hurt when you relieve yourself, but your urine is also rusty in color. This may be caused by cystitis or even bladder cancer.

3. Severe abdominal pain

This pain feels like being cut by a knife, which may be caused by inflammation of the abdominal organs, such as appendicitis, pancreatitis or cholecystitis. The specific judgment method is: pain in the lower right side of the abdomen may be appendicitis; pain in the upper abdomen and increased white blood cell levels may be cholecystitis; pain below the sternum may be pancreatitis.

4. Severe back pain

If something as simple as bending over to clean the bathroom causes extreme pain, and heat, rest, and painkillers don't help, and it's not an exercise-related injury, then it could be an aneurysm or a kidney stone, which is more painful. It's best to get a CT scan as soon as possible to determine the cause.

5. Short-term chest pain

This kind of pain comes and goes quickly, with a sharp pain and then disappearing. It may be caused by indigestion or a heart attack. You should go to the hospital as soon as possible to check whether the heart tissue is damaged.

6. Leg pain

Especially one leg is swollen, painful to the touch, and has a burning sensation from the inside out. It may be due to abnormal coagulation of blood in the deep veins, which leads to thrombosis. If you do not seek medical attention in time, severe cases may cause pulmonary embolism and threaten your life. It is best to do venography as soon as possible to determine the location and range of the thrombus, and then use drugs to eliminate the thrombus.

7. Persistent foot pain or pre-tibial pain (calf pain)

If the pain in the instep and calf persists, gets worse with exercise, doesn't go away with rest, and painkillers don't help relieve the symptoms, then it may be a fatigue fracture caused by overtraining or exercise. It's best to get an X-ray scan to determine the location of the fracture and stop all strenuous activities until it heals.
