How to formulate a men's weight loss fitness plan

Push-up exercise

Squat exercise

Knee bending exercise

Side bend exercise

Hold a handbag of appropriate weight in one hand, and place the palm of the other hand on the back of your head. Then, let the handbag droop naturally as if it were being pulled to the ground, and bend your body sideways. To recover, slowly lift the handbag up, and slowly straighten your body. Alternate between the left and right sides.

Backbend

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, hold the chair with one hand, keep your upper body still, then push your knees forward and slowly lower your waist and lean back, keeping this position until you feel tired. This exercise can strengthen the front thigh muscles and consume fat in the buttocks.
