4. Twist the spermatic cord: Sit down and use the thumb, index and middle fingers of both hands to twist the spermatic cord on both sides of the penis root 50 times each. 13. Knee rotation: Put your feet together, press your palms on your knees, bend your knees slightly and rotate them to the left and right 25 times each. Breathe naturally.

14. Rolling stick: Sit down, step barefoot on the round wooden stick, and roll back and forth 50 to 10 times. It has the effect of guiding the qi downward and guiding the fire back to the origin.

15. End of the exercise: Place your hands naturally on your thighs, breathe naturally, focus your mind on Dantian, sit quietly for a while, then rub your face, head, neck and hands, then stand up and move freely for a while.
