Causes of Extra Large Testicles

Causes of Extra Large Testicles

Many men will find that their testicles become particularly large without realizing it. If the testicles become particularly large, then men will be suspicious and worry about what disease is causing such symptoms. Because men's testicles are a very important organ, if the testicles are particularly large, it will bring a lot of unnecessary harm to the body. Enlarged testicles cannot be ruled out as a disease. So what is the reason for enlarged testicles?

1. Testicular enlargement may be caused by prostatitis. There are many symptoms of prostatitis, and testicular enlargement is one of them. Symptoms of prostatitis include: frequent urination, urgent urination, burning pain in the urethra, mucus, sticky or purulent secretions in the urethra in the morning, turbid urine or white liquid flowing out of the urethra after defecation, discomfort in the posterior urethra, perineum and anus, sometimes pain in the penis, testicles and groin, sometimes unilateral testicular enlargement and pain, or bilateral pain, accompanied by ejaculation pain, hematospermia, premature ejaculation, impotence, as well as symptoms of autonomic dysfunction such as fatigue, dizziness, insomnia and depression.

2. Enlarged testicles may be due to orchitis. Men with orchitis also have enlarged testicles, and the pain radiates to the surrounding area, with a distinct feeling of falling, as well as symptoms such as high fever, nausea, vomiting, and increased white blood cell count. At the same time, the testicles are enlarged and tender, and the scrotal skin is red and swollen.

3. Testicular enlargement may be one of the symptoms of epididymitis. Symptoms of male epididymitis include scrotal swelling and pain, a feeling of heaviness, pulling pain in the lower abdomen and groin, which worsens when standing or walking; epididymis enlargement, with obvious tenderness. When the inflammation is large, both the epididymis and testicles are swollen, and the boundary between the two is unclear, which is called epididymo-orchitis.

These are the reasons for enlarged testicles. If you find that your testicles have become larger, you must take relevant measures. First, check your reasons to see if the enlargement of your testicles is caused by these factors. If you have orchitis or testicular enlargement, you must deal with it and receive treatment in time. You must take good care of your testicles at ordinary times.
