The occurrence of glans inflammation is closely related to our daily hygiene, so we must do some good hygiene in our daily life. Only after solving the problem from the root can the treatment be effective. Glans inflammation can be caused by many factors, such as various physical factors of the local irritation (trauma, friction, contraceptive products, cleaning fluid, urine, etc.), long foreskin, prepuce, urine scale irritation, various infections (bacteria, bacteria, amoeba, trichomonas, etc.) and drug allergy. The redness and itching of the glans indicates that the glans is inflamed and infected.

The glans penis becomes red and itchy. This condition may be caused by bacterial infection, unclean sexual intercourse, or glansitis. In this case, it is recommended that the patient clean the glans penis with a 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution, and erythromycin ointment can also be applied on the glans penis for treatment. Usually, you should also pay attention to turning the foreskin out and cleaning the glans penis to prevent the growth of urine scale. At the same time, you should also pay attention to cleaning the lower body more often, keeping it dry, and changing underwear frequently.

Causes of glansitis:

1. Non-infectious factors: including local trauma, friction and other injuries, emergency contraception, soap and cleaning liquid and other irritants can cause glansitis. Some may show edema, erythema, erosion, exudate and even bleeding. If secondary bacterial infection occurs, it may cause suppuration and ulceration. The patient has significant pain and difficulty walking. It is called subacute atrophic glansitis in clinical medicine.

2. Sex organ environmental hygiene: If you do not pay attention to cleaning your genitals regularly, or do not turn up the foreskin when cleaning, the secretions of the sebaceous glands will accumulate under the foreskin, forming urine scale like tofu dregs and leucorrhea. Urine scale is a good sizing agent for bacteria, and it is easy to cause glans inflammation if it is not removed in time.

3. Infection by pathogens: Trichomonas infection, Trichomonas infection, Amoeba infection, etc. can all cause glansitis.

Due to the long foreskin and the prepuce is too long, the secretions in the foreskin cannot be eliminated promptly and effectively, and the bacteria grow and multiply in large numbers, resulting in increased secretions, urine stains and odor in the foreskin. In more severe cases, local inflammation occurs, resulting in balanitis.
