Why are my testicles so hard?

Many male friends may find their testicles hardened sometimes. It is usually physiological or pathological. When we have sex, our testicles will become hard temporarily. This is nothing to worry about. If the testicles become hard at ordinary times, it should be taken seriously. So what is the reason for hard testicles? Let's learn more about it through the following introduction.

Testicles are the foundation of male fertility and determine the success or failure of male fertility. Some male friends have hardened testicles and are very worried about whether it will affect fertility. Hardened testicles are often a sign of physical illness, and patients should be checked as soon as possible. There are many reasons for testicular hardness, and the symptoms of testicular hardness are different. Therefore, male friends should pay more attention to some content related to testicular hardness in order to do a good job of prevention and provide timely treatment.

Testicular hardening may be caused by epididymitis. There are two testicles in the scrotum, but in addition to the testicles, there are also two epididymis. The epididymis is a pair of thin, flat organs that are attached to the lower end of the spermatic cord together with the testicles. Whenever the body's resistance is low, some bacteria will take advantage of the opportunity to enter the epididymis, leading to the occurrence of epididymitis. Symptoms of testicular hardening:

1: The symptoms of acute epididymis are: pain in the side of the scrotum, a feeling of heaviness, and pulling pain in the lower abdomen. The condition will be aggravated by standing for a long time or walking.

2. Symptoms of chronic epididymis are: lateral scrotal pain, accompanied by a long falling sensation, pain often extending to the lower abdomen and lateral inguinal cleft, and sometimes secondary hydrocele. During the examination, the puncture energy may increase or become hard, with slight tenderness, and the vas deferens may become thicker.

Through the above introduction, we know what causes hard testicles. We must pay attention to our testicles in normal times. Male testicles are one of the most fragile organs in the body and the most important organ for reproduction. If there is any abnormality, we must go to the hospital for examination and treatment.
