What are the causes of obesity in men?

Losing weight is a very common thing. You can often hear friends say that they want to lose weight. Women lose weight to have a good figure and a good personal image, but now losing weight is not just a matter for women. More and more men have also joined this ranks because more and more men are obese. Before this, it is very important to understand the reasons why men are obese. Let’s talk about the reasons why men are obese.

1. Too many social events and excessive drinking

We all know that men have more social events, especially for working men, drinking is inevitable. Alcohol has a calorie content of 700 kcal/100 g. Drinking a few glasses of 52-degree liquor will have about 300 kcal. In addition, the dishes for social events are basically high in calories and fat. It is not a problem to eat 1,500 kcal in one meal. Over time, the excess calories will accumulate in the abdomen.

2. Lack of sleep

Men in the workplace have the habit of staying up late, perhaps because they come home late from social events, or perhaps because they have to work overtime. When sleep is insufficient, the hormones that promote growth are disrupted, and endocrine disorders affect metabolic function. Body fat cannot be broken down well in this way, and abdominal fat naturally accumulates into a big belly.

Therefore, men should start to reduce belly fat by ensuring adequate sleep, at least 8 hours of sleep a day, so that hormone secretion is more sufficient. Eat a reasonable and nutritious breakfast and lunch, and eat a simple dinner. It is best not to eat dinner later than 8 o'clock, so that the stomach can digest for two hours, and sleep around 10 o'clock is just right. People's view that reducing sleep can reduce weight is wrong. Only by maintaining a good sleep can you lose weight healthily.

3. Too little exercise

Nowadays, men work every day and rarely participate in outdoor exercise. As time goes by, they become less interested in exercise. They take the car when they go out and take the elevator to go to the second floor. The excess calories cannot be consumed and can only be converted into fat.

After reading the reasons for obesity in men mentioned above, I believe that most people have these three reasons. These bad living habits have a bad impact on the human body. Obesity is not good, so in order to be responsible for your own health, you must change your bad living habits, eat more fruits and vegetables, and do some exercise, so that you can have a good body.
