What should you pay attention to when you have orchitis?

Orchitis is a very common male disease. In addition to being related to neglect of personal hygiene, it may also be due to the body's contact with certain substances that are prone to infection. Usually, when a male friend finds that he has orchitis, it is best to find out the cause of the disease in time, and then treat it according to the condition and the cause of the disease.

The main causes of orchitis

1. Sexual life is too frequent.

In daily life, male friends' unscientific sexual habits can easily cause orchitis. If you indulge in lust without restraint, the reproductive organs will be congested for a long time, which will cause sexual function decline, and easily cause orchitis, prostate disease and sexual function problems.

2. Not paying attention to reproductive organ hygiene.

Men who do not have a good habit of cleaning can also suffer from orchitis. The common reason is that the smegma is not removed thoroughly, which leads to diseases such as glans balanitis and orchitis, and it is also easy to cause the wife to suffer from cervical diseases.

Patients with orchitis should develop good living habits, such as not masturbating frequently, not having excessive sex, not standing or sitting for long periods of time, etc. In addition, they should pay attention to the following points in diet:

One of the dietary taboos for patients with orchitis: Eat less so-called "irritating foods" such as pig's trotters, fish soup, and mutton, so as to avoid increased secretions from the inflamed area, further infiltrating and spreading the orchitis and aggravating the symptoms;

The second dietary taboo for patients with orchitis: Do not smoke or drink;

The third dietary taboo for patients with orchitis: Do not eat spicy food;

The fourth dietary taboo for patients with orchitis: Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and increase the intake of vitamin C and other ingredients to enhance the body's anti-inflammatory ability.

Symptoms of Orchiitis

(1) High fever and chills.

(2) Pain in the affected testicle, with radiating pain in the scrotum, thigh, and groin areas.

(3) The diseased testicles are swollen and tender. If purulent, they feel like pus when touched.

(4) Often accompanied by scrotal skin redness and swelling and intrascrotal hydrocele.

(5) Children with viral orchitis may sometimes experience parotid gland enlargement and pain.

Male friends should also pay special attention to the hygiene of their private parts, especially when washing clothes. It is best to use special detergents to wash them separately, especially avoid putting them together with socks, so as to prevent the private parts from coming into contact with bacteria on the feet, which will aggravate the severity of orchitis and seriously affect men's health.
