Do men have leucorrhea?

Leucorrhea is secreted from the female vagina and is usually discharged regularly before menstruation. Leucorrhea is unique to women and not to men. Leucorrhea can be used to determine whether a woman has gynecological problems. The fluid that flows out during sexual intercourse between a woman and a man is not leucorrhea. Men have white discharge, but it is not leucorrhea. Next, let's take a look at what female leucorrhea and male discharge are!

Vaginal discharge. Under normal circumstances, the amount is small, white, sticky, and odorless. It contains mucus secreted by the cervix, vaginal mucosal exudates, epidermal cells shed from the uterus and vagina, and a small amount of white blood cells and non-pathogenic vaginal bacilli. When there is inflammation or tumor in the reproductive organs, due to inflammatory exudates or tissue necrosis, vaginal discharge may increase and be purulent or bloody, and have a foul odor. It is advisable to check it out in time.

White discharge is the first sign of chronic prostatitis. Due to prostate inflammation, the secretion of prostatic fluid increases, and the excess overflows. When you wake up in the morning, you often find thin watery secretions dripping from the urethra. You may also find thicker milky white mucus. The most obvious is that one or two drops of white matter are discharged from the urethra after urination or defecation. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is called white turbidity, and in modern times, it is generally called white discharge. If there are no other symptoms, white discharge alone is not very painful and is often ignored by patients. However, white discharge is the earliest typical symptom of chronic prostatitis and should be taken seriously and treated early to prevent further development.

The above is some knowledge about leucorrhea and leucorrhea. It is also mentioned above that leucorrhea is a sign of prostatitis. If a man has leucorrhea, he should pay attention and seek medical attention in time. Because if prostatitis is not cured for a long time, it will cause some complications, such as male urinary system diseases. If there are many complications, it will be difficult to cure and the treatment time will be longer.
