Sperm motility refers to the percentage of active sperm in the total number of sperm. Sperm motility is used for the diagnosis, diagnosis and testing of male infertility and urinary system diseases. Can low sperm motility be cured? Low sperm motility is the most common cause of male infertility. If the A-grade sperm is less than 25% or the A plus B is less than 50%, it can be diagnosed as low sperm motility, that is, asthenospermia. In clinical medicine, patients with asthenospermia are in serious condition, with only very few active sperm or no A-grade sperm at all. The treatment of such patients is more complicated and the treatment process is longer. Some patients can be cured, while others cannot. However, in clinical medicine, there are also some patients with asthenospermia. Although they do not meet the normal standards, they are only slightly lower. If the A-grade sperm is 20% or the A plus B is 40%, patients in this condition do not need to take medication in clinical medicine. Patients with low sperm motility may be cured if they get more rest, avoid drinking liquids, drinking alcohol, and smoking, eat more nuts and fresh fruits, relieve stress, and have regular intercourse. Before inspection 1. Abstinence (no sexual intercourse, no masturbation, no frequent ejaculation) should be observed for 2 to 7 days before specimen collection. If specimens need to be collected several times, the abstinence period should be as consistent as possible each time. 2. Before specimen collection, the patient must be informed of the specimen collection method and common problems, and attention must be paid to protecting the patient's privacy. During inspection The most appropriate method is to use a penis. The use of ejaculation outside the body, electric shock, prostate massage and condom are not recommended. After inspection After the sample is collected, the abstinence time, sample collection time, and whether the sample collection is detailed should be recorded. The sample should be kept in an insulated environment at 20-37°C and retested immediately (not more than 1 hour). |
