What are the causes of hair loss in men in their 20s?

Many men are troubled by hair loss. In fact, hair loss is a skin disease in daily life. Hair loss patients generally have fine and soft hair, oily and bright red scalp, and secretions and scabs are prone to appear in the hair follicles of the scalp. Let's take a look at the causes and treatments of hair loss.

Hair loss is associated with three factors:

(1) Male hormones

Modern medicine has confirmed that people with seborrheic alopecia generally have more male hormones. This is mainly because the male hormones secreted by the testicles enter the blood circulation, reach the scalp, and are converted into toxic substances that stimulate the hair follicles. The energy metabolism and protein metabolism of the hair follicles are impaired, resulting in hair loss.

(2) Genetic factors

The genetic gene of seborrheic alopecia is dominant in men, and the pathogenic factors can be directly inherited from one generation to the next, so seborrheic alopecia is more common in men.

As long as a man has one hair loss gene, he will suffer from hair loss. However, since the hair loss gene in women is recessive, there will be no signs of hair loss unless they have two hair loss genes at the same time.

Even if a woman has two genes for hair loss, her hair will generally become thinner, and she will not lose all her hair or become completely bald in the middle with only hair on the edges.

(3) Age: As men age, the incidence of fat alopecia gradually increases. Fat alopecia often occurs in young men between the ages of 17 and 20, with the peak incidence at around 30 years old. As men age, the incidence decreases, but the symptoms worsen and eventually turn into baldness.

The treatment of hair loss should first focus on the health and care of the hair. The diet should be light, and high-calorie or irritating foods (such as fried foods, chili peppers, cigarettes, alcohol, coffee, and beef containing abnormal proteins, etc.) should be avoided. The daily routine should be regular, sleep should be sufficient, and psychological stress should be reduced.

Patients with hair loss should keep their body and mind comfortable, learn to take care of their hair scientifically, choose appropriate conditioner and hair lotion, blow-dry and comb their hair in the correct way, insist on self-massage, adjust their diet structure, and supplement with appropriate diet therapy.

Through the above introduction, I believe everyone should have some understanding of the causes of hair loss and what to do after suffering from hair loss. What I want to say is that as long as we eat healthily and develop good living habits, the hair loss phenomenon will slowly disappear.
