4) Trichomonas balanoposthitis: papules and small red spots on the glans glans gradually expand with clear edges. Small blisters the size of a needle can be seen on the erythema, and finally an erosive surface is formed. Balanoposthitis can cause many kinds of harm and should not be ignored.
