Symptoms of HPV infection in boys

1. In the early stage of HPV infection, there are light red or bright red millet-sized deposits in the sexual organs, which are soft in nature, slightly pointed at the top, and gradually grow or increase. They may develop into nipple or cystic shapes, with slightly wide or banded muscle bases and granules on the surface.

2. Genital warts located in an environment with low humidity and dryness are usually small and appear as flat warts.

3. Warts located in cold, humid and wet areas often appear flocculent or papilloma-like and are easily combined into solid hypoechoic areas.

4. The anus is often enlarged and cauliflower-like, with a moist or bleeding surface. Concentrated fluid often accumulates between particles, emitting a foul odor. Scratching may lead to secondary infection.

HPV infectivity

In theory, HPV can be transmitted indirectly through contact with objects, including infected cotton towels, bathtubs and toilets. Although HPV has strong resistance to the outside world, it can generally survive for a few days at dry indoor temperatures and for 2 to 5 months in an environment below -20°C, but the characteristics of HPV are that it is resistant to low temperatures but not to high temperatures, and it just begins to transform at 60°C. Generally, most disinfectants can kill HPV viruses that survive outside the body. Therefore, clothes and objects that are contaminated by abnormal environments can be disinfected or burned immediately with disinfectants to achieve actual sterilization effects.
