I used to gain a lot of weight because of hormones. After I recovered from the disease, I was like a steamed bun. However, after nearly two years of weight loss, I am close to an ordinary person! Take a look at my principles and see if you can learn from them:

1. You cannot take weight loss pills. No matter what kind of weight loss pills you take, they have side effects. However, today's merchants avoid the important issues and exaggerate the weight loss effects of weight loss pills, but never talk about their side effects. General weight loss pills are not good for the heart and can damage the liver and kidneys, so it is not recommended to take weight loss pills.

2. Drink a glass of honey water after getting up. Don't neglect breakfast. You can only eat a banana, because it contains 8 calories to fill your stomach, but it is not good to eat bananas on an empty stomach, so it is recommended to drink a glass of milk and an egg. For lunch, 1 bowl of rice (about 1-2 taels) + vegetables + a little meat, preferably beef. But 6-8 minutes full is appropriate. For dinner, eat a slimming meal, drink a box of skim milk or an egg or an apple or cucumber instead of dinner.

For the above three meals, no sweets are allowed for lunch and dinner. You should control the amount of food for each meal in advance to avoid overeating. Eat more fiber foods, which will make you less hungry and easier to maintain the regular and quantitative meals. Also, do not eat fried, greasy, overly sweet, or overly salty foods, because these are the natural enemies of weight loss! Do not overeat, and do not sit for half an hour after a meal.
