The results showed that the group that ate broccoli had "anti-cancer genes" in their bodies, which fully proved that eating more broccoli can protect men from prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer is the second leading cancer killer in men after lung cancer. Every year, 680,000 people worldwide are unfortunately diagnosed with the disease and 220,000 die from it. This first human trial research report was recently published in the "Public Science Journal". In addition to broccoli, cauliflower and purple cabbage, which are also in the cruciferous family, are also effective in fighting cancer and men should also eat more of them.



2. Tomatoes: can prevent the occurrence of prostate diseases in men

"It is worth mentioning that tomatoes are also a good fruit and vegetable that men should not miss." Experts said that tomatoes are not only rich in vitamin C, but the lycopene they contain also has the effect of "unblocking" the glands and preventing prostate diseases.



3. Spinach: Can improve the quality of men’s sexual life

Men should also learn from Popeye and eat more spinach. Spinach contains trace elements such as magnesium, which can convert carbohydrates in muscles into usable energy, thereby increasing male muscle strength.
