It is necessary to make necessary adjustments in eating habits, lifestyle and mental state, especially when the body encounters illness, fatigue, hunger and other situations, do not force yourself to go on. You should treat the disease in time, pay attention to rest, and strengthen nutrition. As long as this is the case, the body of a middle-aged man can still adapt to new changes with full energy. Some experts point out that middle-aged men must not force themselves to go on when they encounter the following five situations.

1. Don’t endure illness

The physiological functions of important organs such as the brain, heart, liver and kidneys of middle-aged people are declining unknowingly, and the immunity, regeneration ability and endocrine function of cells are also declining.

Middle-aged people do not take headaches, fever, coughs, fatigue, backaches, leg pain, blood in the stool and other discomforts seriously. They let them go and endure them. This will eventually lead to serious illness. Therefore, when you are sick, you should go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible to restore your health as soon as possible. Don't endure the illness and get seriously ill.

2. Don’t force yourself to endure when you feel tired

Fatigue is a normal response of the body to restore strength and energy. At the same time, it is also an automatic control signal and warning that people have. If you don't take immediate action according to the warning, the body will accumulate fatigue and suffer from various diseases.

Therefore, when middle-aged people feel that they have symptoms such as general weakness, muscle aches, dizziness, slow thinking, lack of energy, palpitations, rapid heartbeat, and rapid breathing, they should not continue to "harden" it.

You should immediately pay attention to the combination of work and rest, avoid staying up late, and avoid doing sudden work; you should relax your mind, be broad-minded, and be in a good mood. 3. If you have to hold your bowel movement, don’t force yourself to do it

Holding back stool can cause habitual constipation, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and rectal prolapse, in addition to inducing colorectal cancer. If you are constipated and cannot pass stool, you can use a little more force, but do not use too much force, as it can cause anal rupture and bleeding, increase blood pressure, and even cerebral hemorrhage in severe cases. Holding back urine can cause unbearable bloating and pain in the lower abdomen, and even lead to urinary tract infection and nephritis, which are very harmful to health.

Therefore, you should develop a good habit of having regular bowel movements (preferably once a day) and urinating immediately when you feel the urge to urinate.

Don't force yourself to sleep when you feel dizzy and sleepy at night. Don't force yourself to drink strong coffee or tea to stimulate your nerves, so as to avoid neurasthenia, high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, etc.

4. Don’t endure thirst and lack of water

Water is the most needed substance for the human body. Middle-aged people must develop the habit of drinking water regularly, and drinking 6 to 8 cups of water a day is appropriate. Thirst is a signal of dehydration in the human body, indicating that the cells in the body are in a state of dehydration. If you ignore it and endure it, it will affect your health.

5. Don’t force yourself to eat when you’re hungry

Do not delay eating at will, otherwise it may cause gastrointestinal contraction, abdominal pain, severe hypoglycemia, sore hands and feet, tremors, dizziness, and even coma and shock. Frequent hunger and not eating can easily cause ulcer disease, gastritis, indigestion and other symptoms.
