1. Short-term chest pain. This kind of pain comes and goes quickly, with a sharp pain and then disappearing. It may be caused by indigestion or a heart attack. You should go to the hospital as soon as possible to check whether the heart tissue is damaged. 2. Sudden pain in the groin. Pain and swelling in the inner thigh may be due to testicular torsion, which means that the blood circulation in the spermatic cord is impaired, causing testicular ischemia or even necrosis. If you seek medical attention within 4 to 6 hours of the onset of symptoms, testicular function can be effectively restored; however, if you delay for 12 to 24 hours, irreversible damage to the testicles will occur. This symptom may also be caused by epididymal infection due to improper underwear wearing, which should be diagnosed by ultrasound examination. 3. Severe back pain. If something as simple as bending over to clean the bathroom causes extreme pain, and heat, rest, and painkillers don't help, and it's not an exercise-related injury, then it could be an aneurysm or a kidney stone, which is more painful. It's best to get a CT scan as soon as possible to determine the cause.
4. Persistent foot pain or pre-tibial pain (calf pain). If you have persistent pain in the instep and calf that gets worse with exercise and doesn't go away with rest, and pain medications don't help relieve your symptoms, you may have a fatigue fracture from overtraining or exercise. It is best to have an X-ray scan to determine the location of the fracture, and at the same time, stop all strenuous activities until it heals. 5. Swelling and pain in the legs. In particular, one leg is swollen and painful to the touch, with a burning sensation from the inside out. This may be due to abnormal blood coagulation in the deep veins, resulting in blood clots. If you do not seek medical attention in time, severe cases may cause pulmonary embolism and threaten your life. It is best to perform venography as soon as possible to determine the location and extent of the thrombus, and then use drugs to eliminate the thrombus. 6. Painful urination. Not only does it hurt when you relieve yourself, but your urine is also rusty in color. This may be caused by cystitis or even bladder cancer. Smoking is the main cause of this disease. Once discovered, the earlier it is treated, the higher the chance of cure. 7. Severe stabbing pain in the abdomen. This pain feels like being cut by a knife and may be caused by inflammation of the abdominal organs, such as appendicitis, pancreatitis or cholecystitis. The specific judgment method is: pain in the lower right abdomen may be appendicitis; pain in the upper abdomen and increased white blood cell levels may be cholecystitis; pain below the sternum may be pancreatitis. |
