It can be eaten for breakfast or dinner.

⒋ Wash 250g of large loach with salt water, add 200g of tofu, two cloves of garlic, a scallion, some ground ginger and various seasonings. Bring soybean oil to a boil, stir-fry the tofu, then add the loach and various seasonings. Cook until done.

⒌ 20g of cistanche, 100g of mutton and glutinous rice, a little salt, two scallions, two slices of ginger. Wash and finely chop cistanche and mutton. First, fry them in a casserole to extract the cistanche juice, remove the residue, add mutton and glutinous rice and cook until cooked, then add salt and ginger and cook again. Take it after it is cooked.
