What are the symptoms of asthenospermia patients?

What are the symptoms of weak sperm? Weak sperm is a common disease that causes male infertility. Because the activity of male sperm is lower than that of normal people, it cannot even reach the uterus, resulting in infertility. Because many men are worried about weak sperm, they often ask about the symptoms of weak sperm. So what are the symptoms of weak sperm?

Asthenospermia is an infertility syndrome caused by low sperm motility. When the sperm in the forward motion (grade A plus grade B) of the main parameters of sperm is less than 50%, or the sperm in grade A motion is less than 25%, it can be diagnosed as asthenospermia.

What are the symptoms of weak sperm:

1. The couple has lived together for more than 2 years after marriage, has not taken any contraceptive measures, is physically and mentally healthy, and has no direct relatives who are pregnant.

2. For a specific infertile patient, semen analysis may often show a variety of abnormalities. The diagnosis of asthenospermia should also include the diagnosis of related causes that may lead to sperm liquefaction.

3. If the semen analysis shows that the forward movement of sperm (AB grade) is less than 50% or the sperm of grade A movement is less than 25% for more than 3 times in a row, and the sperm count and other parameters are normal or almost normal, it can be diagnosed as asthenozoospermia. Or if the sperm motility rate of the man's ejaculation is less than 50%, and the laboratory or other auxiliary tests can detect reproductive system infection, or there are other diseases that affect the sperm motility rate, it can also be diagnosed as asthenozoospermia.

Weak sperm is often classified into three categories according to the patient's condition: mild asthenospermia, mild to moderate asthenospermia, and moderate to severe asthenospermia. Therefore, patients are advised to choose a regular hospital for treatment based on their own condition. Because patients often suffer from asthenospermia due to other diseases, patients must not ignore the treatment of genitourinary infections.
