6. Longan Mountain Ginseng Drink

30 grams of longan pulp, 6 grams of wild ginseng, and 30 grams of old rock sugar. First wash the longan pulp and slice the wild ginseng, then put it in a bowl with the old rock sugar, add appropriate amount of water, steam it in a wok for about 1 hour, and eat it in 2 times, once a day.
